Arrivals and Departures - Book in time is not before 2pm unless prior arrangements have been made. Booking out is strictly 10am. Extra charges apply for late departure.

Tour Bookings - Available at Reception Desk

Cooking - In suites is strictly prohibited by the Health Department. A microwave is supplied in your suite for reheating food.

Direct dial phones and Wireless or Dial-Up Internet connection - Available to all rooms by dialing 9 and requesting this service. Charges for phones calls are based on pulses (or time units) which increase according to the distance of the call. Please pay for calls or Internet at Reception before checking out.

Dry Cleaning - can be arranged by contacting Reception.

Facsimile and Photocopying - Service is available at Reception. Charges do apply.

Laundry - please call at Reception before using the laundry.

Lunches - Cut lunches are available by arrangement. Please order from the breakfast menu and submit before 8pm the proir evening.

Meals - You may choose meals from the extensive menu which is available in your suite. We supply breakfast 7 days a week and evening meals are available Monday - Thursday or by arrangement. Meals are delivered to your suite at no extra charge.

Pets - By arrangement.

Swimming Pool Rules -
No running in pool area.
No bombing in pool.
Strictly no glass in pool area.
No excessive noise.
Parental supervision is required for children under 13.

Your Account - To be settled on arrival or departure. If departing before 8am, please settle account the night before.
